A lamp illuminates through a grid the inner side of this face.
As the face is in volume, the cut shadow creates a perspective with depth. The viewer is then disturbed by this optical illusion and can no longer distinguish the void of the full.
The purpose of this installation is to give the impression that the face is actually the projection of a 3D image.
But our change of position in the image changes our perception. Sometimes what we see is not necessarily what we think we see!

一盏灯通过网格照亮这张脸的内侧。
